Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Denton, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including kit assembly supervision and quality control. Your role will involve ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a smooth workflow, with a particular focus on maintaining high standards for our products. Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize warehouse processes, including kit assembly and quality control, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline logistics, inventory management, kit assembly, and quality control processes.
- Oversee and participate in the assembly of kits, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures to inspect and verify the integrity of assembled kits and individual products.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies for inventory control.
- Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and manage supply chain relationships.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and report on key performance indicators.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, kit assembly supervision, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, kit assembly processes, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with diesel parts or automotive industry a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
