POSITION SUMMARY
The Scaffolding Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to the operations and development of the scaffold service line, ensuring that projects are executed effectively, safely, and in alignment with customer requirements. This position serves as the focal point for project development, execution, and financial success, coordinating resources, leading teams, and maintaining clear communication with both internal stakeholders and customers. This individual will manage resources, schedules, documentation, and safety, as well as foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role involves strong leadership, coordination, training, and logistics management to support field operations with maintaining strong commitment to PES culture and and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Exhibit a positive attitude and actively promotes company’s culture, mission, vision, values and safety standards in all interactions with employees, managers, vendors, and customers
- Lead by example, fostering a strong safety culture and promoting good work ethics across the team
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer and functional group leaders
- Ensure timely notification to the customer of any changes (Not to Exceed, Change Order, etc) and ahead of breaching the contract
- Clear and open communication within PMT members and between functional groups
- Capture changes in scope of work and schedules on projects.
- Upon job being awarded, necessary documentation and bid assumptions are transferred from the Commercial Group to the Project Team
- Implementation of Lessons Learned and development of post job Analysis Report
- Responsible for all phases and aspects of the development, and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects
- Ensure reporting mechanisms and project KPIs are in place to have proper information to make decisions in the overall best interest of the project
- Coordinates resources in the development of work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports – ultimately accountable for on-time delivery
- Accountable for financial and technical success of project or segment of the project
- Manages Scaffolding gear for all projects, maintaining proper documentation and inspection records
- Bottom-line accountability for the financial and technical success of the project or area of project responsibility
- Promotes a culture of teamwork, collaboration end success
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
- Able to strategically plan, lead a team and negotiate with clients, vendors and subcontractors
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time within budget
- Coordinate resources across the organization, ability to interface with PES’ functional leads to ensure project needs are resourced
- Oversee all phases of project development and implementation, ensuring effective execution
- Manage project personnel to achieve project objectives and ensure the team’s success
- Develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, ensuring on-time project deliverables
- Foster a culture of growth and accountability for business development efforts across the team
- Demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, included but not limited to Safety, and Company values
- Some travel is required
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- Availability on weekends are required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience or 10 years of field experience with less than 3 years of PM experience
- At least 15 years of scaffolding experience
- 10 years of offshore scaffolding experience (5 years as a superintendent)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation
- Valid TWIC card required
- NCCER certification is a plus
- Ability to perform basic level mathematical skills
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety, team collaboration, and customer service
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ability to strategically plan, lead teams, and negotiate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate logistics and training efforts effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Experience operating standard office equipment
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills

- For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
