Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of cash applications and accounts receivable experience required.
- SAP or similar ERP system experience required.
- Strong Excel skills required.
The Senior Cash Applications Coordinator is responsible for handling a variety of different duties within the A/R Department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Post payments for EFT customers.
- Process billing statements for customers.
- Manage the process for the daily EFT initiations of customer bank accounts.
- Maintain the setup of customer billing, banking, and email tables for the appropriate customer draft details according to the payment cycle for the terms assigned.
