The VP FP&A will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing insights into business performance, market trends, and key drivers to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Empower and inspire directors and managers to ensure a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Lead the company’s financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set financial targets, define KPIs, and establish performance benchmarks that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional finance, operations, and business unit leaders to ensure alignment on financial goals, budgeting practices, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the FP&A function.
