Job Description
The Diesel Mechanic Helper will assist in the maintenance and repair of company vehicles and refrigeration equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in servicing and repairing refrigeration units, repair engines, repair leaks, replace tubing, condensers, thermal controls, and recharge units with approved refrigerant gas
- Maintain required logs, records, checklists, and reports, maintain garage tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Perform other similar or related operations as assigned or directed
