Your duties will include:
- Repairing and maintaining all company fleet diesel equipment to ensure a safe operation for associates' usage and compliance standards are met.
- Diagnosing and repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, convertor dollies, and maintenance vehicles under minimal supervision.
- Completing routine maintenance tasks such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
- Providing guidance and training to other Mechanics as needed.
