The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting activities, processing candidates through application/onboarding systems, working with hiring managers, attending career events, and supporting associate retention efforts.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources Recruiting in a manufacturing, warehousing or distribution business. You will be a motivated individual who prefers to work directly with associates and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
