Diesel Mechanic Technician Class B Job Summary:
This role is responsible for maintaining the company's fleet diesel equipment, ensuring the safety and compliance of our operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair and excellent diagnostic skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubricating equipment to prevent mechanical failures.
- Diagnosing and repairing complex issues with medium to heavy-duty vehicles, including brake systems, steering mechanisms, and wheel bearings.
- Ensuring equipment has required licensing and registration prior to being deemed roadworthy.
