Customer Service Rep II

Performance Health is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales.

This is a remote based position working the hours of 8:30am-5pm PST. This position will be covering our west coast customers and must work these hours.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond appropriately to all inbound calls and emails, meeting customer needs for quick and accurate response. Make outbound calls to existing customers/vendors and business partners.
• Interpret and communicate accurately to customers/vendors and business partners in reference to company policies, product description/prices and departmental procedures.
• Respond knowledgeably to returns - credits and adhering all case management procedures
• Handle product/service claims and special orders/requests
• Establish approximate delivery time and cost for customers and investigate delivery delays
• Coordinate the tracing procedure for lost orders and shipments and process claims
• Accurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email orders
• Email correspondence to customer or sales rep using an established template
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technology
• Excellent computer and data entry skills - including proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usage
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills

• This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $18.00-$19.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
