Performance Health is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales. This is a remote based position working the hours of 8:30am-5pm PST. This position will be covering our west coast customers and must work these hours. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond appropriately to all inbound calls and emails, meeting customer needs for quick and accurate response. Make outbound calls to existing customers/vendors and business partners.Interpret and communicate accurately to customers/vendors and business partners in reference to company policies, product description/prices and departmental procedures.Respond knowledgeably to returns - credits and adhering all case management proceduresHandle product/service claims and special orders/requestsEstablish approximate delivery time and cost for customers and investigate delivery delaysCoordinate the tracing procedure for lost orders and shipments and process claimsAccurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email ordersEmail correspondence to customer or sales rep using an established templatePerforms other duties as assigned Job QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of work experience in a customer service roleAbility to quickly grasp new concepts and technologyExcellent computer and data entry skills - including proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usageExcellent written and oral communications skillsExcellent customer service skills BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $18.00-$19.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
