This is an on-site position based in Houston, Texas, and requires candidates to reside within the Greater Houston area.
SUMMARY:
The Marketing Director is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance online presence. This dynamic leadership role involves overseeing tactical operations, identifying new sales channels, and ensuring the delivery of impactful campaigns that attract and engage target audiences.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase product demand, drive sales, and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques to improve website traffic and visibility.
- Lead the creation, curation, and deployment of engaging and results-driven digital content to attract, retain, and convert customers.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns.
- Analyze online statistics, trends, and industry best practices to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Manage a departmental sub-function, setting goals, defining budgets, and developing policies to support the digital marketing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 3 years leading a company’s marketing efforts and implementing digital content and strategy. In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and tools, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and campaign optimization. Demonstrated ability to rally teams, develop functional strategies, and achieve organizational goals. Exceptional analytical skills and a forward-thinking approach to digital innovation.
Language Ability: Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Write speeches and articles using innovative techniques. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Ability: Comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, algebra, and advanced statistical theory.
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Computer Skills: Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer, SharePoint). Expertise in the implementation and optimization of Learning Management Platforms.
Travel Requirements: Traveling up to 20% as needed within region/territory. Have reliable means of transportation. Meet requirements of our Motor Vehicle policy.
