Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, basic invoicing, and light tidying of the customer-facing areas in the office.
- Maintain database and internal job costing software by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Review and post labor amounts from daily timecards for crew members.
- Establish entry priorities and perform labor and material posting as required.
- Assist with entry reconciliation for labor and material as required.
- Perform daily order and data creation entry tasks and verify accuracy.
- Perform accounts receivable functions for the branch, working closely with the Branch Manager and corporate office when required.
- Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the appropriate supervisor or manager for resolution.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- NON-SAFETY SENSITIVE β employee only performs non-DOT related functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent with data entry with a HUGE focus on attention to detail.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, about company products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to quickly change direction and focus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of administrative experience required
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus, not required
Compensation Package:
- $20-$23/hour DOE
- Overtime is allowed but must be approved beforehand by manager
