Are you a motivated leader with a passion for construction and insulation? We are seeking a dedicated Production Field Manager to join our team in Spokane. Duties Will Include:
- Lead and supervise our Insulation Division to ensure smooth operations and project completion with minimal errors.
- Communicate effectively with site superintendents, customers, and team members.
- Schedule crews and manage time off requests
- Review blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Assist with insulation installation, as needed.
- Analyze and verify timecards, work orders, and other paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements:
- SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION - Work in a construction environment, with and around insulation of all types
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical certificate.
- Must adapt quickly to changing environments and project requirements
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Adaptable and flexible with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, and handling materials.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Wear PPE as required.
