Field Production Manager/Jr. Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Production Manager/Jr. Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and daily operations of construction projects. This dual-role position involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, maintaining safety and quality standards, and fostering positive client relationships. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role supports project success through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

Duties

• Implement quality and ethical standards in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide necessary information, drawings, and support for project success.
• Track daily production, modify crew schedules, and manage all aspects of construction projects.
• Review work orders, forecast schedule adjustments, and manage resource utilization.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and project updates.
• Represent the company in project and client meetings.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Manage waste of materials and time.
• Possess complete knowledge of subcontracts and ensure compliance with job and contract specifications.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with project progress.
• Develop and deliver weekly progress reports in coordination with Crew Leads and the Management Team.
• Reinforce compliance with field safety regulations and maintain a healthy, accident-free work environment.
• Analyze and recommend corrective actions for accidents and maintain safety goals on every project.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures and consistency with company brand.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Thorough understanding of legal requirements relating to construction and building sites.
• Knowledge of quality building practices and safety regulations.
