We are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join our strong team! Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, creative and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with client care team to assist with client needs including but not limited to phone calls, paperwork, scheduling, etc.
- Assist to develop and implement marketing projects on time and within budget
- Work closely with our client care team to assist management in working towards overall marketing goals and in creating reports.
- Assist to create, edit, and post social media marketing of all kinds, including text posts, pictures, informative long-form articles, and video content
- Assist to Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, including tracking online marketing activities and present to management
- Maintain a strong online presence that represents the company
- Follow up on potential leads, both via phone, text and email as needed
- Create, verify and maintain confidentiality of client records
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both in person and on the phone
- Maintain positive and efficient working environment as a team player
- Willingness to learn and assist in insurance verification and authorization
- Strong time-management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with video and photo editing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google suite
- Understanding of digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail & follow-through
- Must be able to work independently, on a team, and under pressure
Preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare industry marketing or similar position is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
