Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform auto body repair tasks including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing.
- Utilize welding techniques for structural repairs and modifications.
- Detail vehicles to enhance appearance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment safely.
- Work with sheet metal for repairs or modifications as required.
- Use hand tools effectively to complete various repair tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Familiarity with auto body repair techniques and welding methods is essential.
- Experience in detailing vehicles and performing heavy lifting tasks is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to automotive repair is required.
- Willingness to obtain OEM certifications
