The primary purpose of the Training Coordinator is to support training initiatives led by the PERI Academy Hub – Americas. This role collaborates with other members of the Academy team to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of training and development programs across the Americas. Leveraging resources within PERI, the Training Coordinator works closely with subject matter experts to assist in scheduling, developing, and hosting training sessions—both virtually and in person. Additionally, the Training Coordinator is responsible for managing scheduling, logistics, the Learning Management System (LMS), and training records to ensure that all learning activities are well-organized and aligned with business goals.

What you’ll do in a typical day:
- Collaborate with the Academy team, internal subject matter experts, and external vendors to plan and schedule training programs across the Americas.
- Maintain and update training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor training attendance and follow up on incomplete or overdue training requirements.
- Handle training-related queries and provide support to employees and managers on training and development topics.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person training sessions across departments and locations.
- Manage training logistics, including invites, room bookings, catering, materials, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain the training calendar and ensure timely communication with participants and facilitators.
- Upload, assign, and track learning modules using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide user support for the LMS and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist in developing and curating training content aligned with business goals.
- Create and administer pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes.

- Communication and Presentation: Effectively relays oral and written information to individuals at all levels, ensuring clarity and understanding from all parties.
