Automotive Service Drive Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Service Drive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Service Team. The candidate will help ensure an efficient customer drop-off/pick-up experience while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a positive self motivated individual with the ability to assist with various tasks related to automotive service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Service Drive managing traffic coming in and out of the Dealership.
• Provide support to our Service Drive team and other automotive service tasks as needed.
• Engage with customers during drop-offs and pick-ups, offering assistance.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Take video walk arounds/damage inspections for vehicles coming in for service.
• Pick-up and drop-off of Service customer's vehicle's/obey the rules of the road following speed limits.

Participate in training sessions to improve skills related to automotive service management.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Maintain a positive mentality while being self motivated.
• Familiarity with automotive Service processes is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
• Previous experience in the Service department or in a related field is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
