Perillo BMW Service Department is looking for BDC Representatives.
Automotive BDC Representative Responsibilities:
- Having a thorough understanding of our dealership’s products & services
- Managing leads, phone calls, chats, etc.
- Maintaining a follow-up system
- Setting appointments for customers
- Working with both Sales and Service departments
- Managing our loaner fleet
Automotive BDC Representative Requirements:
- Customer-centric
- Ability to follow processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs preferred
- Able to embrace and adapt to change
- Bilingual Speaking (English/Spanish) a plus
- Positive energy and outgoing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
