JOB SUMMARY
Our company is growing and we are adding to our team. Perimeter Roofing VA is committed to delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships with our customers. We are looking for a friendly, organized, experienced, and solution-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and help us continue making a positive impact.
As Project Coordinator, you will oversee daily job sites, support foremen and laborers, coordinate resources, manage materials, communicate with clients, and ensure projects are completed efficiently. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

*APPLICANTS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN ROOFING/SIDING AND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION.
COMPENSATION
- Hourly Range: $18- $20 (with potential raise depending on job performance and reviews)
- Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week, excluding inclement weather or company-paid holidays. Hourly employees do not qualify for paid holidays or vacation time and are paid only for hours worked.
SALES COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES
5-Star Google Reviews: Earn $50 per review when a customer mentions your name! If multiple names are mentioned, the reward is split equally.
Change Orders
- Earn commission on profitable, signed change orders you manage or install to timely completion.
- Collect payment at signing and upload the signed change order as a PDF in job documents or a screenshot of text approval in photos.
Repairs
- Earn commission on profitable repairs you sell and manage to completion or personally install.
- Collect payment at completion and upload a screenshot of customer approval in photos or a signed contract PDF in job documents.
Replacements
- Earn commission on new replacement sales sold at a 35% margin. Pricing requires written approval from management. You are responsible for estimating and securing the contract. Excludes work already quoted by the assigned sales rep.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage subcontractor performance to ensure proper material installation per manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring a 5-star experience.
- Solicit Google reviews highlighting positive experiences with Perimeter.
- Keep fleet vehicles stocked with necessary inventory and tools.
- Track warehouse inventory in Acculynx and notify management when supplies are low.
- Return excess materials to suppliers for company credit.
- Obtain OSHA 30 certification
- Lead job site training, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
- Provide daily progress reports with details, photos, and budget tracking.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all change orders are signed before additional work is performed.
- Support other departments as needed during downtime.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
