Location: Breckenridge, CO
Salary: $75k - $150k/yr.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Estimator (Project Manager) that will be responsible for commercial and temporary fence marketing, lead development, estimating, and project management. They will strategize with the VP and sales team to set goals and be self-motivated to pursue these goals. A primary focus will be on sourcing, estimating, and executing/project management of temporary and permanent commercial fence installation contracts. Customer base will include contractors, developers, HOA’s, engineers, property managers, government agencies, and more.

What You’ll Do:
Business Development
- vet/organize incoming, repeat customer bid opportunities, and seek new opportunities/customers
Estimating
- Plan take-off’s, material and labor cost buildup, margin analysis, bid/proposal preparation
Contracting
- Bid follow up and pipeline analysis to turn bids into wins, turn won bids into signed contracts, work with accounting team to turned signed contracts into open jobs
Pre-Construction
- Turn data used in bid build-up into project paperwork package for installation, work with Superintendent on site visits, scope verification, and scheduling
Project Management
- Material procurement, Change Orders, client communication during installation, oversight during installation, invoicing
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: 3 years of fence installation, sales/estimating, project management experience OR 5 years of construction industry sales, estimating, project management experience
- Job cost buildup and estimating
- Ability to analyze work scopes based on drawings, specifications, and customer requests
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating software, and on-line bidding portals
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface and build relationships with clients
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various environments, and perform tasks that may require climbing ladders or working in confined spaces
