As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Shipping/Returns Lead to lead our shipping and returns department while also maintaining a strong focus on providing excellent customer support.

Job Description:

Job Summary: Assembles and packs kits needed to fulfill dealer and distributor orders following packing lists and procedures

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Understand and perform warehouse duties of the packing of finished goods into kits needed to fulfill dealer and distributor orders
• Follow directives from Warehouse Supervisor and adhere to packing procedures to meet performance, accuracy and quality standards
• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service.
• Use resources to accurately pack kits in a timely manner
• Inspect kits for accuracy and completeness
• Establish and maintain a clean work area at all times
• Compliance with all safety programs, using protective equipment as mandated

Training: Learn the procedures of packing. Employee must be able to demonstrate proficiency in all job functions

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and/or applicable work experience is required

Language and reading skills: Ability to read a variety of communications, computer screen, memos and follow directions as written. Must also possess good communication skills and be able to follow verbal and written directions

Mathematical and computer skills: Good math skills, attention to detail, as well as a working knowledge of SAGE 100 and the “kit assembly” app are required to perform this job successfully.
