What you can expect as our Program Analyst, LAC
As our Program Analyst, LAC, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Perkins mission by enhancing access to education for children with visual impairments and multiple disabilities across the region. Your work will drive efficiency and impact by managing information, processes and opportunities that directly support children, teachers, families and communities in LAC.
- Organize and manage the flow of information and processes to ensure seamless implementation of our work in the LAC region.
- Support the Regional Director and Program Manager in preparation of materials such as annual donor reports, proposals, and research prospective opportunities
- Facilitate communication with governments, NGOs, schools and other interested parties to strengthen partnerships and project outcomes
- Collaborate on website content (for both our Spanish and English websites), social media platforms, newsletters and other communication initiatives to promote our work in the region
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, payroll and monthly expenditure reports for country team consultants

- Experience in collecting, organizing and analyzing data with precision
- Skilled in gathering and analyzing information to develop alternative solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
- 0 - 3 years related professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; familiarity with Canva, Wordpress and Excel is preferred. A willingness and curiosity to learn new applications is essential
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
