Your Role:

• Conduct in-home assessments of customers' waterproofing, crawl space, and foundation needs
• Build rapport, explain features and benefits of our solutions, and offer personalized proposals
• Consult with customers, addressing their needs and closing sales
• Enter job proposals into our CRM, keeping customer information up-to-date
• Follow up as necessary, providing excellent customer service to finalize the sale
• Offer financing options and collect payments and deposits
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and improve performance
• Maintain a valid driver’s license for travel to scheduled appointments
  
  

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative role
• Knowledge of construction or foundation systems is a plus
• Ability to learn and apply our 10-Step Sales Methodology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• You’re goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
