This role is responsible for coordinating sales activities, ensuring smooth sales processes, and assisting with customer inquiries by following up on leads, and maintaining sales records, all while aiming to achieve sales goals and quotas set by the company; essentially acting as a key link between the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales process management:
Scheduling appointments, coordinating sales appointments, managing inquiries, and following up on leads.
- Data management:
Maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM system and generating sales reports.
- Communication:
Maintaining clear communication with customers, sales team, and other departments.
- Sales Activities
Scheduling and coordinating home shows and fairs ensuring staffing, promotional materials and booth are professional and successful.
Required skills:
