About the Role:
Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a strong track record in the financial services sector?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in financial services roles, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across a wide range of positions, from Credit, M&A, PE through to CFO.
You will work closely with established clients, develop new business opportunities, and play an integral role in driving our clients growing financial services division in Charlotte, N.C.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development, candidate sourcing, and interview management, to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the financial services sector.
- Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Take ownership of your desk, achieving individual targets while working collaboratively with the wider team.
- Leverage your deep industry knowledge to deliver a high level of service, ensuring clients are matched with the best talent.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant, within the financial services sector, or a similar area such as legal, professional services…
- Strong understanding of the US financial services market, including key players and talent pools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on delivering excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while managing multiple priorities.
