Location: New York
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Uncapped Commission

Now, they are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in New York.
You will work alongside some of the best recruiters in this space, who are all billing at high levels in both permanent and contract desks, there's a great culture within the NY office and an opportunity to be around top recruitment talent to take you to the next level.
The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing the Software Engineering desk. You’ll:
• Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Develop new client partnerships, leveraging your network and expertise.
• Deliver tailored, high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic market.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 4 years of 360° tech recruitment, ideally within SWE, or related fields.
• Location: Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
• Skills: Proven success in business development, excellent communication, and adaptability in a growing team.
• Personality: Confident, driven, and outgoing with a problem-solving mindset.
• Values: Professional, credible, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
