Permanent Placements is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with the option to work out of our client's Phoenix office on a hybrid basis (3 days in, 2 WFH). We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Position Summary
:Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience complex civil litigation, including matters involving product liability, construction defect, transportation and personal injury defense, who will perform a variety of duties including researching law, investigating facts, and preparing documents for attorneys according to established policies and procedures
.
Duties and Responsibilitie
- s:Continual review and management of case files from inception through mediation/arbitration/trial/settlemen
- t.Prepare subpoenas compelling depositions and/or document production
- s.Prepare initial discovery, i.e., interrogatories, request for production, request for admission
- s.Prepare draft responses to discovery, including document productions and corresponding privilege log
- s.Prepare attorneys for deposition
- s.Research, vet and engage with subject matter expert
- s.Monitor deadlines for responses and timelines
- s.Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, fact/medical chronologies, agreements, and/or trial and/or mediation binders for use by attorney

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
