Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Senior Systems Administrator to lead the development and management of HRIS initiatives and operational workflows, primarily within our PeopleSoft HCM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in areas such as benefits administration, talent acquisition, performance management, and system maintenance. The role will evolve with our anticipated migration from PeopleSoft HCM to a cloud ERP system, involving business process improvements and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HRIS updates and enhancements, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Evaluate the impact of HRIS solutions, collaborating with HR policy and business leads to implement new functionalities and minimize customizations.
- Develop test scenarios and troubleshoot issues to ensure system readiness for HR launches.
- Create and execute launch strategies with minimal supervision.
- Provide ongoing technical support and administration for HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with developers and vendors to test and implement system changes.
- Maintain system tables, business rules, and generate relational query reports.
- Create and maintain reference materials and offer user training on HRIS best practices.
- Offer data entry and auditing support during peak times.
- Serve as a data management expert for cross-functional projects.
