HR Business Partner

Large medical office seeking an HR Business Partner on a direct hire basis.

Job Duties include :

• Consulting with management on coaching, consulting, career development opportunities and disciplinary actions
• Managing and finding resolution to employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations
• Partnering with management and employees to foster strong working relationships, build team morale, increasing employee engagement, productivity, and retention
• Supporting other HR functions in training, onboarding, FMLA / ADA / WC analysis, etc. as needed
• Writing memos, corrective actions, and other documentation necessary for personnel records
• Coordinating team events like brown bag lunches, trainings, town hall meetings, etc.
• Conducting exit interviews and writing summary reports and recommendations from details gathered
• Providing initial one-on-one training to new managers as needed
• Building business relationships with internal clients
• Contributing to new programs, policies, and solutions by analyzing trends and metrics
• Working alongside other HR leaders in the organization to minimize legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance by following / implementing legal requirements for day-to-day management of employees
• Teaming up with HR Representative to complete unemployment claims
• Overseeing policies and job descriptions in database to maintain integrity
• Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation for managers and employees
• Developing and implementing new policies and processes
• Reviewing reports of incomplete orientations for new hires and following up with directors to ensure completion

Requirements :

Salary : $80K / year
