COMMERCIAL FINANCE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Location: Boston, MA
Our client, an AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Commercial Finance Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Finance Group in Boston.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Massachusetts, or willingness to become admitted.
- 1 years of meaningful experience in commercial finance, including representing bank and non-bank lenders and/or borrowers in transactions involving acquisition financing, working capital facilities, asset-based lending, and other types of financing.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financing and asset-based lending.
- Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Develop and execute strategies for effective representation in finance matters.
