Salary : $145,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle intricate commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financing, working capital facilities, and asset-based lending.
- Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys to manage and execute complex legal strategies.
- Provide expert advice and representation to clients, ensuring their financial and legal interests are optimally represented.
- Participate actively in negotiation and documentation of financial transactions.
