Bar Admission in California.4 years of substantive experience in employment litigation , with a desire for arbitration and trial work.Meaningful experience in transactional employment work , such as drafting employment and severance agreements , EEOC position statements , and DFEH responses (link removed)>
Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance , drafting workplace policies , and assisting clients with employment training programs (link removed)>
