Job Description

• Handle a full caseload of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents
• Provide guidance to clients on tax implications and estate transfer strategies
• Represent clients in probate court and related legal proceedings
• Work collaboratively with internal staff and paralegals to ensure seamless service
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all matters
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate
• Active license to practice law in Florida
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
