Digital Project Lead

Job Title: Digital Project Lead, US Market

Job Purpose:

Delivery of Digital projects supported by the existing Digital IT solution landscape and leveraging the existing Pernod Ricard Group Digital engine and

IT counterpart to the Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to support their Digital acceleration journey and the adoption of the Digital solutions.

Main Roles& Responsibilities:

Digital Project Delivery and Support

• Provide end-to-end project management
• Perform Business Analysis, scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Develop detailed project charter, project plan and monitor progress
• Deliver projects on time and budget ensuring quality standards are met
• Track solutions adoption and take appropriate measures to improve it when necessary
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with the overall Digital IT Strategy and roadmap
• Manage efficient level 2 support and small enhancements of the digital platform
• Seek to internalize delivery and support when it makes economic sense

Business Engagement& Governance:

• Demonstrate value add to the Marketing Function and rest of the Business
• Participate to the definition of the IT Digital roadmap
• Recommend solutions to enable the IT Digital roadmap
• Develop and present best practices, technical concepts and technologies for innovative digital solutions
• Assist Marketing in their engagement with Digital agencies
• Develop consistent ways of working with key stakeholders and usage of consistent Pernod Ricard IT tools

• Key internal stakeholders: Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Brand teams, Pernod Ricard HQ teams
• Key external stakeholders: Digital IT vendors and developers, Marketing agencies
• Team management: N/A
• Budget to manage: ca. $500k
• Availability to travel: Ad-hoc - US, Canada, Europe (Paris)
• Language required: Fluent in English

Profile required

Must Have

• Proven experience of project delivery in the following areas: eCommerce B2B/B2C, CMS, eCRM, Consumer collection, activation and analytics
• Track record of projects delivered in the Spirits & Wines industry
• Strong Project Management skills
• 4 years of work experience as a Digital project manager
• 2 years of experience in successful management of large size projects/programs ($500k )
• Deadline oriented
• Highly organized, exceptional attention to details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• First class communication skills
• Genuine enthusiasm about the digital space and technology

Good to Have

• Experience in B2C or B2B Digital Marketing with a focus in email production/channel management
• Knowledge of email marketing concepts
• Experience with the following solutions: Shopify, Drupal, WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Experience in Business Intelligence solutions - Microsoft PowerBI is a plus
• Knowledge in database query languages (SQL)
• Understanding of Integration and API concepts and languages (REST, JSON)
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies, preferably Scrum
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
