This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collection of funds, and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Job Summary
An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and executing tasks related to the collection, processing, and reconciliation of incoming payments from clients or customers. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collection of funds, and supporting the financial health of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation.
- Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
- Assure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
- Assure that the company’s standard template regarding invoice sample is in place for every customer
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Transportation knowledge/Produce industry knowledge is a plus.
- Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments
- BS/BA in accounting preferred
- 3-5 Year Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Superior Organizational Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
