Role Overview :

Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial property inspections.
Perform inspections and handle insurance claims from start to finish.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and the Production team.
Utilize technology for tracking and documentation.

Qualifications :

Must be able to carry a ladder and climb roofs.

Strong communication, time management, and sales skills.

Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Independent and effective team player with solid negotiating skills.
