What You’ll Do:
✅ Run set appointments in your assigned territory.
✅ Meet with homeowners, businesses, and property managers to assess roofing needs.
✅ Provide tailored solutions and present detailed proposals.
✅ Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
✅ Work closely with the project and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Stay informed about roofing products, trends, and competitive market conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, roofing, or a related in-home sales industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to perform roof inspections and provide accurate assessments (training provided if needed).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
