Our client, a fast-growing international company with a premium portfolio of highly sought-after food and beverage products, is expanding rapidly. As part of this growth, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support logistics, supply chain, and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order fulfillment and logistics, coordinating with freight forwarders and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with distributors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock.
Suitable candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and have experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within the food and beverage industry. You will also be a passionate self-starter who can handle multiple tasks, hands-on when needed, a team player, and looking for a role where you can set the pace and really leave your own mark in an informal, agile entrepreneurial environment.
This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day a week in the Long Island City-based office.
Base salary plus bonus potential, full company-paid benefits, and generous paid vacation.
