We are looking for dynamic Production leader for our first shift. This position is for a motivated, career-minded individual with a passion for efficiency and process to lead employees in a positive way toward set goals.

1st Shift - 6 : 45am-3 : 45pm (Monday-Friday)

Essential Functions :

• Ensure the safety of employees in your area
• Work with scheduling and other leaders to monitor production flow to ensure all orders are completed on time
• Lead team and motivate in a positive way
• Ensure that established processes and procedures are being followed with regard to employee manual, standard work procedures, and department guidelines
• Participate in efficiency process testing to establish or change procedures to ensure best practices and quality output
• Conduct or participate in performance reviews for employees within responsibility
• Assist in root / cause analysis
• Work with other departments to resolve corrective action
• Follow established timelines to ensure timely graphic and product releases for all projects
• Lead, or participate in proper training for all new employees and those assigned to a new position to ensure they understand standard work for assigned area
