We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Perry Baromedical. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated region by leveraging your expertise in business development and account management. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of providing superior hyperbaric solutions worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies for products.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on product usage.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or territory management, preferably in medical or technical fields.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable; familiarity with medical equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
