Perry County is accepting applications for a Full Time Deputy Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts in the Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts’ office. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts.
Primary duties include:
- Manage court databases
- Directly interface with the public on a daily basis
- Process legal filings for civil and criminal cases
- Provide support during court proceedings
- Answer telephones
Successful candidate must possess:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years administrative experience
Work schedule for the position is Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Compensation includes a starting salary of $18.33/hour.
