What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Perry Reid Properties?
A property management company is seeking an energetic Maintenance Technician with a positive attitude. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents. This position will split their time between a fewproperties in the same area.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and/or general maintenance. HVAC certification is helpful! This position requires some on-call hours in the evening and on weekends. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and their own hand tools.

- Daily grounds clean up
