Perry Reid Properties is seeking a full-time energetic Assistant Manager to grow our excellent team. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current leasing staff to better serve our guests and our residents. This property is located in Johnston. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills. Willingness to work hard and have some previous experience in sales or customer service. Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook required. Knowledge of Yardi preferred!
This job includes several duties including promoting the apartment community, maintaining contracts, financial duties, and supervisory duties
Principal duties include assisting the property manager and could include, but are not limited to:
- Promotion of property and retention of residents
- Organize resident events
- Marketing/advertising efforts; develop retention programs
- Knowledgeable of current market conditions
- Efficiently handle resident Issues/Conflicts
- Responsible for notices to residents
- Knowledge of application process
- Tenant Data (resident criminal/credit check)
- Renewal Prep: review renewals, update rent increases
- Leasing: leasing paperwork, tours, leads, follow ups
- Organize move-ins and move outs (walk-thru)
- Financial Duties
- Rental Collections
- Eviction Proceedings
- Security Deposit Itemizations
- Water/Gas Billings, if applicable
- Hunter Warfield: send in delinquent balances from Move outs
- Responsible for Work Orders (enter/close out/follow up)
- Responsible for maintaining all resident and property files
- Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
