The Food Runner position is about:
- Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely and pleasant.
- Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
- Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats.
