This role supports our corporate office in Lexington Park, MD.
The Technical Recruiter will be an integral part of our Corporate team, supporting both our current contracts (funded requisitions), as well as Business Development requirements (contingent requisitions). Qualified individuals will have prior experience recruiting in a technical capacity, experience participating in strategic hiring efforts, as well as recruiting key personnel. The position also requires an individual to be responsible for incumbent intelligence gathering and labor market research.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing multiple open and future requisitions simultaneously, across several contracting efforts, providing full life cycle recruiting support. Support Hiring Managers and Business Development teams.
- Create requisitions and track/ensure compliance with regards to recruiting and hiring practices
- Source talent by utilizing the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, postings, and referrals
- Develop new ideas and methods for attracting key, top talent
- Coordinate and conduct interviews – both virtual and in-person when required
- Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when corresponding with potential candidates, customers, etc.
- Conduct labor market research in support of proposal efforts
Basic Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities
- Demonstrated proficiency with outside job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and more
- Experience working within, configuring, and managing an ATS
- Experience recruiting in a technical capacity, preferably with a DoD contractor
- Recruiting certifications are preferred, such as AIRS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain at least a Secret security clearance
- US Citizenship is required
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required
Required Education & Qualifications:
- BS/BA is highly desired
