Job Summary: As a Dog Daycare & Boarding Attendant, you will play a vital role in the daily care and enrichment of the dogs entrusted to us. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals. You will be responsible for supervising playgroups, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the overall health and safety of all dogs in our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with dogs in group play settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Monitor dog behavior and intervene appropriately to prevent conflicts or unsafe situations.
- Provide individual care for boarding dogs, including feeding, administering medications, and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by performing routine cleaning tasks, including disinfecting play areas, kennels, and common spaces.
- Observe and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes to management.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, or other care as needed.
- Communicate with pet owners to provide updates on their pets and ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Genuine love and respect for animals, especially dogs.
- Previous experience working with animals (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform cleaning tasks.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule: This position requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays, as we care for pets 365 days a year.
