Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
- Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate meal service and special requests.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any inquiries or needs related to their dining experience.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
