Cooking: Follow recipes and cook dishes to perfection, adhering to our strict quality and presentation standards, even during high-volume periods.
Assembly: Skillfully assemble plates and garnish dishes to make them visually appealing and enticing for our guests.
Station Management: Effectively manage your assigned station, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stocking of necessary supplies.
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow kitchen staff, chefs, and servers to maintain open communication and a seamless workflow during busy service times.
Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
