Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations / Youth Coach at Perseverance Basketball located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Operations / Youth Coach will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coaching youth basketball teams, organizing and running practices, and coordinating tournaments and events.
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching basketball teams
- Organizational and operational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategies
- Ability to work well with children and parents
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus
A background in team operations or related fields is advantageous but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field
